Chef Aiden Tibbets and Wildflower Honored in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide
DENVER, CO – September 16, 2025 — Chef Aiden Tibbetts of Denver’s acclaimed restaurant Wildflower has been awarded the 2025 Michelin Young Chef Award in the newly released 2025 MICHELIN Guide Colorado. The honor celebrates Tibbetts’ creativity, precision, and potential as one of the region’s most promising culinary voices. Wildflower was also named a MICHELIN Recommended restaurant in this year’s guide.
A Denver native, Tibbetts is known for his deeply seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking that blends the neighborhood’s historic Italian and Mexican roots with modern techniques and thoughtful sourcing that reflects the ethos of Colorado’s contemporary food scene. His culinary philosophy centers on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, a plant-forward sensibility, and a refined yet approachable style that has securely cemented him as a neighborhood favorite.
